Yezza!
Good morning/afternoon/evening dear readers. (Is there anyone actually bother reading this blog anymore?)
Last month, i’ve got a job at TM as a Customer Service Representative. Ya know, the kind of where u call up the number, the guy/girl over there will assist you in troubleshooting stuff related to what they provided to the customer? Yes,that.
So far, it’s…. okay i think, because i already have hands on to technical troubleshooting wise on the computer or network devices. I guess it doesn’t that matters much (for me at least) until when it is time for me to prepare myself for Mock Calls, On Job Assessment (OJA) and finally, Live floor. So far the system that was taught by the rainers are not that… well… confusing (is that the correct word for it?) and i basically been able to cope up with it so far. I guess it’s due to my heavy affinity on I.T, makes the thing much easier for me to learn and grasped on.
For this job too, means i have to move into a new house which located much closer to the LRT station, because all the three places (where i might ended up during LIVE) are pretty close to the station. But of course, i had to get myself a transport later on so that i can go to the office much faster. Possibly a bike (again), since the roads in Kuala Lumpur are filled with jammed cars all over the roads. =/ Either way, Shafie asked me to move into his house and i accepted it. I moved in with the basic things needed to go to work before i finally bring all of my stuff from the old house later on that same weekend. I went in, greeted the house mates, and do the chores (if there’s any). And just so you readers know, all of them are from the same company which i applied for, and they’re my seniors, Although ironically they’re in the same age as me. LOL.
So my activity on a working day is basically, do the chores, eat, go to work, info digesting, went back home, do a lil bit of chores, cook, and lastly sleep. Rinse and repeat.
What about you guys? What are you up to these days? Kewl? Awesome? I JIZZ MY PANTZ kind of cool? Do tell!
